Delete your Parking Jam data
What is stored
- On your phone only: game progress (levels, stars, coins, daily streak, shop items), settings (sound, music, haptics) and your daily-reminder choice. There is no account, and this is never sent to us.
- Google Analytics for Firebase: gameplay events (such as levels completed) linked to an anonymous app instance ID, kept for 14 months.
- Google AdMob: your device’s advertising ID and ad interactions, used by Google to show and measure ads.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: a push token, only if you turned on the daily reminder.
Delete it yourself
- Open Parking Jam and tap the ⚙️ Settings button (top right).
- Scroll to “Danger zone” and tap “Delete all my data”.
- Confirm with “Delete everything”. All progress and settings on your phone are erased, the analytics ID is reset, the reminder push token is removed and your ad privacy choices are cleared.
- Optional: to remove your advertising ID too, open your phone’s Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID (the exact path varies by device).
- Only want a fresh game? “Reset progress” in the same place clears your levels, stars, coins and streak but keeps your settings.
- Uninstalling Parking Jam, or Android Settings → Apps → Parking Jam → Storage → Clear storage, also removes everything stored on your phone.
- Analytics data already sent is anonymous and deleted automatically after 14 months. To have it deleted sooner, send a request below from the app (Settings → Privacy & ads → Data deletion) so your app instance ID is included.
