Parking Jam (Android package com.game.parkescape.parkingjam.carpuzzle)
Effective date: 28 September 2026

This policy explains what information the Parking Jam mobile game (“the app”), its analytics provider and its advertising partner collect, how it is used, and the choices you have. The app is published by ParkEscape Games (“we”, “us”).

1. Summary

2. Information collected by our advertising partner

To deliver, measure and protect ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) built into the app may automatically collect and process:

DataPurpose
Device identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID or app set IDAdvertising, ad measurement, frequency capping, fraud prevention
IP address and approximate location derived from itAdvertising, fraud prevention, legal compliance
App interactions with ads (e.g. impressions, taps) and app informationAdvertising and analytics of ad performance
Diagnostics (e.g. crash logs and performance data of the ads SDK)Maintaining and improving ad delivery

Google processes this information as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. Data is encrypted in transit.

3. App analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase, a service provided by Google, to measure how the game is used and how well our advertising works. It may collect:

DataPurpose
App usage events, such as levels started and completed, moves, hints used, screens viewed, daily challenge completions and session lengthAnalytics, improving levels and difficulty
An app instance ID and, where permitted, the Advertising IDAnalytics, measuring our own advertising campaigns (e.g. which ad led to an install)
Device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version) and approximate location derived from the IP addressAnalytics

Analytics collection only starts after the consent step described below. Where you decline, Google Analytics runs in a restricted mode that does not store identifiers on your device. See Firebase privacy information.

Push notifications (daily reminder)

If you turn on the daily puzzle reminder (in the prompt or in Settings), the app asks for permission to send notifications and uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to register a push token for your device. The token is only used to deliver the reminder and similar game notifications. You can turn reminders off at any time in Settings → Daily reminder or in your phone’s notification settings.

4. Personalized ads and your consent

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or in a US state with applicable privacy laws, the app asks for your choices through Google’s consent tool before personalized ads are shown. You can review or change your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy & ads → Ad privacy choices (shown where required). If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalized ads.

On Android you can also reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ads personalization, in your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads; the exact path varies by device).

All ads in the app are restricted to family-friendly content (Google’s “PG” maximum ad content rating).

5. Children

Parking Jam’s content is suitable for all ages, but the app is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will help to delete it.

6. Information we do not collect

We do not run our own servers for the app and do not collect account data, your name or contact details, location from your device’s GPS, photos, files, microphone or camera data.

7. Data retention and deletion

Game progress and settings stay on your device until you delete them. Data processed by Google for advertising is retained according to Google’s policies. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics property (14 months) and is then deleted automatically.

To delete your data yourself: open Parking Jam → Settings → Danger zone → Delete all my data. This erases all progress and settings on your device, resets the analytics ID, removes the daily-reminder push token and clears your ad privacy choices. Uninstalling the app, or Android Settings → Apps → Parking Jam → Storage → Clear storage, also removes everything stored on the device. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on most Android phones).

To ask us to delete data: use the request form at /apps/parking-jam/delete-data (reachable from Settings → Privacy & ads → Data deletion, which fills in your anonymous analytics ID). We don’t have accounts, so that ID is how we find the analytics data associated with your installation; we complete requests within 30 days. Advertising data can also be managed through Google’s privacy controls.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. You can exercise ad-related choices in the app and in your device settings, or contact us.

9. International transfers

Google may process advertising data in countries other than your own, using legally recognised safeguards.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app’s store listing or in the app.
